This is a key opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, particularly within the construction and homebuilding industry. Key Responsibilities Engage with existing customers—residential contractors, builders, developers, and homeowners—to identify and qualify new sales opportunities Conduct on-site visits to present current product offerings with confidence and professionalism Generate new business through research, networking, referrals, and cold-calling Manage and monitor active job sites to ensure construction meets technical specifications and local code requirements Stay informed of all product updates, innovations, and enhancements; communicate these to customers and prospects Attend trade shows and industry conferences to strengthen brand presence and develop leads Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer contact data and sales activity Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation What We’re Looking For To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria: Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience in the construction industry or in specialty product sales (e.g., elevators, lifts, or other home installations) Comfortable being on the road most of the time , regularly visiting customers and job sites across an assigned territory Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Familiarity with residential construction processes and code compliance Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets Excellent presentation skills and customer relationship-building capabilities Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Important Candidate Considerations Before applying, please consider the following: Do you have at least 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry or in selling specialty residential products ?
