ALTA IT Services seeks a driven IT staffing sales professionalto join our team as a Business Development Manager. We are lookingfor an ambitious and team-oriented individual with a proven trackrecord to drive results in the competitive landscape of the greaterDMV area and beyond. The selected candidate will receive hands-ontraining to master ALTA’s specialized business solutions thatdifferentiate us in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Selling ITstaffing and consulting services to new accounts, helping clientsoptimize their use of ALTA’s services while introducing newofferings tailored to their needs. Developing and implementingstrategic sales approach to enhance existing accounts and drive newbusiness growth. Overseeing the entire sales cycle from leadgeneration and prospecting to qualification and businessdevelopment. Staying updated on industry trends, leveraging thisknowledge to create strategic advantages for ALTA and our clients.
Working closely with the VP of Sales and other ALTA team members toensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree. 3 years of experience inbusiness development or account management within the IT staffingsales. Familiarity with sales tools and methodologies such asBullhorn and ZoomInfo is desired. Strong understanding of the ITconsulting market and target audience. An outgoing, ambitious, andresults-oriented personality is essential for success in this role.
