$80,000 + incentives Position Summary We are seeking a Remote Territory Sales Manager / Consultant with deep industry experience in hospice, long-term care, or home health to support our marketing and business development team. This role serves as a subject matter expert, supporting sales conversations, building credibility with potential clients, and helping to close new business in the South Carolina territory. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with established relationships in the healthcare sector who enjoys consultative sales and the flexibility of working remotely. Key Responsibilities Partner with marketing and business development teams to assist in identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities Act as an industry expert during sales presentations to educate and influence decision-makers in hospice, long-term care, and home health Promote service offerings to executive and operational leaders at healthcare organizations across South Carolina Build and maintain trusted relationships with referral sources including nursing facilities, home health agencies, and hospice organizations Provide ongoing feedback on market trends, objections, and opportunities Document interactions in CRM systems and support proposal development as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in hospice, long-term care, or home health within South Carolina Proven ability to build and expand referral and provider networks Familiarity with CRM/contact management tools Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Stable work history with verifiable sales performance Education Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
