What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Studio Growth Drive revenue across membership sales, private training, retail, and Pilates education programs Execute marketing strategies and special promotions that bring in new leads—and convert them! Take the lead in grassroots outreach and community partnerships to grow our local presence Use performance metrics to consistently meet—and exceed—monthly studio targets Team Leadership & Culture Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Representatives and Front Desk staff Foster a fun, results-oriented culture where accountability and support go hand in hand Provide hands-on coaching to develop your team’s sales and customer service skills Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure an exceptional member experience Marketing & Member Engagement Lead creative marketing campaigns and community events that generate buzz and build loyalty Oversee the studio’s social media presence and develop locally relevant content Manage email marketing efforts to drive engagement and retention Operations & Administration Ensure the studio runs like a well-oiled machine—clean, organized, and efficient Manage inventory, vendor relations, and retail product sales Use ClubReady or other studio management software to track performance and member activity Maintain studio policies, handle membership dues, and manage reporting What You Bring to the
