Position Summary:

A rapidly growing regional homebuilder is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead its new home sales team across multiple communities based out of the Chapin area. This role will be responsible for coaching and supporting a team of New Home Consultants, driving community performance, and implementing sales strategies that align with the company’s overall growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of on-site sales professionals across multiple residential communities in the region. Drive team performance through daily coaching, sales training, and accountability. Collaborate with leadership to set community-level goals and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Partner closely with marketing, construction, and operations teams to ensure alignment between lead generation, inventory availability, and customer experience. Monitor and analyze sales traffic, conversion rates, and market trends to adjust sales strategies in real-time. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to maintain a high-performing sales culture. Represent the company at public events, Realtor functions, and community grand openings. Conduct regular site visits to ensure brand standards, model home presentation, and customer interactions reflect company values. Serve as the escalation point for complex customer interactions or issues requiring senior-level involvement.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in residential new home sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role. Proven ability to lead sales teams in achieving or exceeding sales goals. Strong understanding of the homebuilding sales process, market segmentation, and buyer journey. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools; comfortable with data-driven decision-making. Must be organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain if required by state).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with entry-level and move-up product lines Prior experience with sales in master-planned communities or high-growth suburban markets Familiarity with regional housing trends in

Full-time Pay:

$110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
