Full Time; weekends, nights and early hours may be required.

Scope of Supervision:

Store Manager, Assistant SM, Hourly Team Member(s) Summary of Responsibilities Maintains ownership for district financial operating results; analyze financial performance and identify trends, problems and growth opportunities within the district; Prepares annual budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective action. Provides leadership and direction to Store Managers, including assistance in recruiting, selecting and hiring effective and engaged employees; Identifies and encourages potential internal candidates for Store Manager or Assistant Manager positions; Recognizes Team Coach and assist Managers in achieving objectives for sales, controllable cost controls (cash variations, salaries, overtime, etc.), employee selection and retention, guest service and satisfaction, speed of service and store cleanliness. Maximizes store sales by directing and assisting Store Managers with merchandising programs, providing information and recapping promotional activities. Ensures compliance with requirements by enforcing adherence to policies and procedures, and governmental regulations; advise management of needed actions. Maintain a safe and secure working environment through the enforcement of safety practices, providing information and training. Develop, manage and assign tasks to Store Managers appropriately to ensure the site is clean, adequately stocked, organized and well-kept based on Company standard. Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisors. Provide management backup to Store Managers Provide support and consultation to Commission Marketer locations owned or controlled by the Company. Acts as a liaison between Commission Marketer locations and corporate office support departments. Perform multiple tasks in fast paced and detail-oriented environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education /

Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred. Industry experience may be substituted for degree if in the opinion of management adequate experience has been achieved. High School Diploma required. Minimum of three to five years of industry supervisory experience, or applicable retail supervisory experience. Previous multi-unit experience is strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong leadership and managerial skills. Must be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and take corrective actions to support sales growth. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the Store Manager Job description. Ability to supervise and train Store Managers in use of store equipment, tools and materials. Ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful, compassionate, supportive and patient. Flexible and adaptable to change. Ability to handle difficult situations professionally. Demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding results while working in a fast-paced environment. Track record of job stability/tenure. A valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions:

Work requires standing and walking for potentially long periods of time; occasional to frequent bending, stooping or crouching; frequent lifting/carrying of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting/carrying of up to fifty pounds. Work can include variable hours on all shifts, weekends and holidays.
