Job Summary:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals within a designated region to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets for construction products or services.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives within the construction industry. Delegate responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team’s success and professional development. Implement corrective actions and initiatives to address performance gaps. Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques. Assist in the recruitment, selection, and interview of all new sales agents.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives and customer needs. Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on the features, benefits, and applications of construction products or services offered by the company. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. Review Website and MLS listings to ensure consistent photos and listing information. Assist in planning and executing all community events: Open houses, Grand Openings, Seasonal events Locate and place all community directional signs and billboards. Attend open houses, grand openings and seasonal events and other industry-related events during and after hours. Assist in evaluating all new land positions. Develop a community line up and standard features based on market data. Develop pricing based on most current market conditions, monitor and adjust community pricing as needed. Review and sign all contracts and addendums. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and developing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred, but not required Minimum of 2 years of sales New Home Builder Sales experience required Construction industry experience or general knowledge of construction strongly preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on computer. Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.

Pay:

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience. Range given includes bonuses and commissions.
