Responsibilities:

Selling IT staffing and consulting services to new accounts,helping clients optimize their use of ALTA’s services whileintroducing new offerings tailored to their needs. Developing and implementing strategic sales approach to enhanceexisting accounts and drive new business growth. Overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation andprospecting to qualification and business development. Staying updated on industry trends, leveraging this knowledge tocreate strategic advantages for ALTA and our clients. Working closely with the VP of Sales and other ALTA team members toensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree. 3+ years of experience in business development or accountmanagement within the IT staffing sales. Familiarity with sales tools and methodologies such as Bullhorn andZoomInfo is desired. Strong understanding of the IT consulting market and targetaudience. An outgoing, ambitious, and results-oriented personality isessential for success in this role.
