Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations for 3-5 Slim Chickens restaurants in the Columbia area. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a commitment to excellence, ethical integrity, and a desire to foster a positive, “others first” company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Ensure all restaurants adhere to company policies and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Financial Management:
Oversee budget planning and financial reporting, including income statements and sales/labor analysis, to drive profitability.
Talent Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and team members, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement innovative operational and marketing strategies to boost sales growth.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly in food safety and health standards.
