Representing HRSM at key events and on professional committees, this role is integral to building visibility, engagement, and enrollment growth. The College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management (HRSM) is seeking a Graduate Recruitment and Partnerships Manager to drive enrollment growth across its graduate programs. This strategic role is responsible for recruiting prospective students, hosting discovery sessions, representing HRSM at key events, and cultivating pipelines through corporate, alumni, and academic partnerships. You’ll help lead outreach initiatives aligned with the college’s strategic goals and contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions processes and systems. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Job Duties Job Duty Recruitment Serves as a lead counselor for graduate recruitment in the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management including lead development and application support for all in person and online graduate students. Supports the development and implementation of strategies and programs to facilitate lead development, recruitment, and enrollment for in person and online graduate students. The position is responsible for hosting a minimum of two virtual discovery sessions for prospective graduate students during at least 10 months of the year to promote program offerings and engage with interested applicants. Monitors target markets and college’s online enrollment and produces reports for use by Director of Graduate Marketing and Recruitment, Program Coordinators, Chairs, and Dean’s office. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 55 Job Duty Research and Business Development Identify and research potential corporate partners to cultivate pathways for employee enrollment in master’s and Ph.D. programs. Leverage industry insights to build relationships that support long-term recruitment goals.
