Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ insurance requirements Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable insurance products and services
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing effectively to ensure client understanding and satisfaction
Relationship Building and Client Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
Qualifications:
Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required Outstanding organizational skills and time management High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality You must have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma preferred You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills About Company Sherrill Insurance Agency partners with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to market and sell their products.
