We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue and margin growth within a defined Southeast territory, aligned with our Business Unit’s strategic goals and annual sales plan. This role focuses on premium hand and arm protection (PPE) solutions for both Industrial Manufacturing (Transportation Equipment, Fabricated Metal, Machinery, Petrochemicals) and Critical Environment (Semiconductors, Microelectronics, Robotics, EVs, Pharmaceuticals, Cleanroom, and Sterile Healthcare) markets. This is a hunter role—ideal for a self-starter with a strong track record in glove/PPE sales who thrives in complex, solution-oriented environments. The role requires both distributor engagement and direct end-user selling, with a focus on value-based solutions rather than commodity pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Territory Ownership:

Own and grow sales and margin results across NC, SC, GA, FL, and AL. Develop and execute a Regional Sales Plan aligned with the company’s Strategic Market Management (SMM) strategy.

Distributor Enablement & Support:

Educate and guide distributor sales teams through joint calls, product training, end-user audits, and hands-on selling support.

End-User Focus & Application Selling:

Conduct plant visits and workplace audits to understand customer applications and safety needs. Recommend targeted solutions and manage trials to drive pull-through sales. Engage stakeholders from shop floor to C-suite .

VOC & Market Insight:

Gather and share Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to guide new product development and strategic initiatives. Identify key trends and unmet needs.

Product & Market Expertise:

Master our portfolio of hand and arm protection products and technologies and articulate their value in both industrial and critical environments.

Forecasting & Analysis:

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and high-volume product projections. Analyze territory performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to support new launches, execute plans, and improve customer outcomes.

Trade Shows & Events:

Represent the brand at regional and national trade shows and industry events.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required ; Masters degree preferred Hand and arm protection (PPE) sales in industrial settings 5-12 years of experience working with regional industrial customers Experience selling into both Industrial Manufacturing and Critical Environment sectors Proven ability to build and grow a territory with minimal supervision Skilled in working with both distributors and direct end users Strong communication skills with all levels—from operators to executives High proficiency in Excel and data modeling; able to interpret and act on large datasets Proficient in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools (e.g., SFDC) Willing to travel 50-60% by car and plane across the assigned region Self-directed, results-driven, and highly organized Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
