Are you good at accomplishing goals through others? Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, pantries, home office furniture, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This is a full time, in-office management position.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, develop, and support an in-home sales team Interview and hire new Designers/Sales People Lead training and coaching in one-on-one and group settings Regularly meet and surpass sales goals
Requirements:
2 years experience managing sales teams that have met or exceeded sales goals 2 years personal sales experience meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience working directly with consumers Commitment to follow Closet by Design’s sales model Great communication. organization, and coordination skills Working knowledge of MS Excel This is a full-time, salaried position with monthly bonus opportunities and benefits.
