Who We’re Looking For
A true logistics veteran. Someone who’s run LTL and FTL operations, built warehousing strategies, negotiated ocean and air freight contracts, navigated customs clearance, and sat across the table from C-suite clients to close major deals. You’ve led teams, grown regions, opened facilities, and solved freight problems others couldn’t touch. You have done it all in logistics!

You Have:
15+ years of progressive experience in transportation and logistics
Expertise across LTL, FTL, intermodal, drayage, and warehouse distribution
In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding (air/ocean), NVOCC compliance, and customs brokerage
Proven leadership in both operations and B2B sales – you’ve sold the service and delivered it
Strong network of carrier and vendor relationships (domestic & international)
A “lead by example” mindset with the ability to mentor, manage, and motivate
Tech-savvy with logistics platforms (TMS, WMS, CRM) and data-driven decision making
What You’ll Do:
Lead the charge in national and global transportation strategy
Oversee end-to-end operations including LTL/FTL, warehousing, last-mile, and drayage
Grow revenue through strategic sales, client development, and market expansion
Ensure seamless coordination across freight forwarding, customs, and distribution teams
Cultivate high-performance teams with a focus on service, margin, and efficiency
Report directly to executive leadership and influence company direction

SALARY:
$90,000.00 -$200,000.00
