In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of customer relationship management software.. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our sales initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Utilize Sales Software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze market trends. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and project management to align strategies. Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients that effectively communicate our value proposition. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. Strong knowledge of customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and executing successful business initiatives. Familiarity with project management principles is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and make informed decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
