The AiBLE Strategic Director, Pediatrics is responsible for the adoption of the AiBLE ecosystem in Pediatrics, including the adoption of UNiD pre-op planning, Mazor Robotics utilization and ModuLeX fixation within the pediatrics space. This includes strategic business planning, sales execution, and sales rep mentoring. This individual will leverage current pediatric relationships to showcase our expertise, expand our footprint and grow our business. Strategic Director partners with key business leaders, AiBLE team, District Managers, and reps in each of their accounts, to lead cross-functional team collaboration, to educate and extend our competitive advantages and evolve our value proposition to include solution offerings. This is a field based role. We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver’s license is essential for this role, which also involves 50% travel inside and outside the territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Lead the development and communication of AiBLE strategy to increase exposure to pediatrics specialists and targeted institutions. Investigate pediatric customers’ unmet needs by building strong customer relationships Build a strong Medtronic brand and relationship at the Administrator and C-Suite level while supporting the local sales team in building internal relationships across Cranial Spine Technologies. Lead the strategy in collaboration with Sales and Operating Unit leadership to drive the Medtronic CST portfolio of products and solutions at select strategic accounts by aligning to the account’s area of strategic interest and priority. Identify opportunities to leverage Medtronic capabilities to help customers optimize cost and outcomes Achieve fiscal year AOP targets. External Must Have:
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience or an advanced degree and minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience Nice to Have MBA or master’s degree in marketing or communications Strong Strategic and Business Acumen skills. Understanding of P&L and customer financial statements Strong negotiation skills Proven ability to successfully execute a complex sales process and interact with the C-Suite In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry, environment and GPOs/IDNs Experience in reading, analyzing and writing strategic plans and proposals with customers Proven ability as a leader in defining and developing business or markets Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in a matrixed marketing environment and to work effectively with sales, sales management and customers Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills – especially executive presence and C-Suite presentation and sales experience Proven ability to build and facilitate strong, productive working relationships with a wide variety of cross-functional and customer contacts High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing business/negotiation environment; ability to rapidly acclimate to change and embrace new business opportunities Physical Job Requirements The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
