Over the last 8 years, it has grown from a start-up to over an Eighty-Million-Dollar company annually. Headquartered in Columbus, OH Lifetime has opened several new branches over the last 3 years and has established a national footprint. LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner’s roofing and solar needs. Due to Lifetime’s rapid growth and some awesome internal promotions, we are actively seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Branch Sales Manager . This pivotal role is essential to maintaining our current momentum and further accelerating our success in the market. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader to contribute significantly to a thriving company that values internal growth and recognizes outstanding performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within their assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide the sales team to establish sales objectives and quotas for designated territories and clients. Participate in customer roofing inspections. Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Providing training, coaching, and guidance to sales staff to improve their skills and performance. Monitoring and evaluating sales team performance, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Managing the branch’s budget, expenses, and financial resources effectively. Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall company objectives. Ensuring that the branch operates in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Experience:

Required 5-10 years of experience in the roofing and exteriors industry Proven experience in a location and team leadership Strong background in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, providing direction and support Strategic planning experience to develop long-term goals and strategies for the branch Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance customer experience

Compensation & Benefits:
