Business Development Manager LaSalle Network is growing in Nashville, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help lead the charge. Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Drive outbound activity through cold calls (300+ weekly), cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events Identify and connect with decision-makers across target accounts in the Nashville market and beyond Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients Represent LaSalle Network at local events and meetups to grow our visibility and relationships Collaborate with marketing on campaign content and messaging Lead client meetings with clarity and confidence Keep our CRM clean and current to ensure visibility and accountability Hit and exceed KPIs around outreach, meetings booked, and deals closed Report local trends and feedback to leadership to help shape our regional strategy
Business Development Manager Requirements:
3+ years of outbound-focused business development or sales experience Experience in staffing, tech or SaaS sales Proven success in cold outreach, lead generation, and pipeline management Strong communication skills; you’re sharp, persuasive, and personable Highly motivated, goal-driven, and excited by the idea of building something local from the ground up CRM experience (Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot, or similar) Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting where your voice makes a difference Strong knowledge of the Nashville business community or regional network Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field highly preferred Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote) The salary range posted is indicative of the target base salary; this role is also eligible for a highly competitive uncapped quarterly bonus plan.
