Help develop and execute the business development strategy for each Reeves Young Business Unit with input from Executive Leadership team. Support current and future Reeves Young regional projects by being a trusted advisor, including reviewing project progress, visiting job sites, participating in appropriate project meetings and communicating with the client. Identify, sponsor, and actively participate in the appropriate geographic and industry specific organizations that meet Reeves Young’s specific goals and objectives. What You Bring to the Table Must have proven tenured record of Business Development in Nashville. First class communication skills and ability to operate professionally and effectively at all levels. Excellent rapport building, networking and relationship management experience. Broad and in-depth business background with a reasonable working knowledge of the technical aspects of construction.
