The ideal candidate is highly motivated, sales-focused, and dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences while cultivating a positive team culture. This position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, along with a lucrative, uncapped commission structure tied to catering sales & events booked. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth:

Identify and secure new business opportunities for corporate events, private parties, weddings, and other special occasions. Develop strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.

Client Relations:

Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and event planners. Ensure seamless service and satisfaction from inquiry to event execution.

Event Coordination:

Oversee logistics, ensuring top-tier quality, flawless execution, and outstanding presentation.

Strategic Collaboration:

Work with operations management to create promotional campaigns and event packages. Partner with culinary team to proactively address event requirements. Additional Responsibilities and Qualifications Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and inventory management for efficiency. Represent the company at sales events and industry networking opportunities. Monitor client feedback to enhance service quality. Proven success in sales within catering, events, or hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with event planning tools and Microsoft Office. High-volume event sales and strategic partnership experience preferred.
