Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Sales Location:

What you will be doing:
The Director, Supply Chain Intelligence and Sales, will lead our efforts in strengthening relationships with key external stakeholders, including OEMs, competitors, partners, and vendors. This role is pivotal in gathering market intelligence, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance our supply chain service offerings. The ideal candidate will serve as a dedicated expert in supply chain services, supporting sales initiatives by collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling value propositions and strategies. This position requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the supply chain landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market analysis.

Supply Chain Services:
Reverse Logistics, Repair, Buff and Polish, Liquidation, and more. Solidify our market intelligence strategy and execution framework: Identify trends and communicate key insights. Maintain views of the competitive landscape. Identify new potential capabilities based on intelligence. Establish an engagement model with leadership to communicate and action insights.
Strengthen market relationships:
Create and maintain an industry relationship map. Attend relevant trade shows and participate in industry forums. Engage with key OEMs, competitors, partners, and vendors. Partner with internal stakeholders on industry relationships. Drive incremental growth of
Supply Chain Services:
Create effective partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive growth strategy. Partner with Client Services teams to identify new leads and support pipeline requests. Support business requests for proposals and client pitches as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with marketing to develop value prop assets (videos, slides, etc.). Here’s what you’ll bring to the team: Ability to understand the interplay between complex supply chain dynamics including quality, engineering, procurement, operations, repair, customer experience and finance. Highly resourceful individual with excellent communication, emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet deadlines on multiple projects concurrently. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels, develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, influence management and senior executives. Must maintain high sense of ownership and work independently within strategic direction. Demonstrated record of accomplishments in developing strategy, delivering on initiatives, and influencing others without formal authority. Strong selling, relationship management, and consultation skills. Proven experience telling a story to a variety of audiences. Excellent verbal and written communications skills plus a solid business and supply chain background. 10+ years’ experience in partner/client relationship management, supply chain, client services. Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, supply chain, or related field.
