- We are looking for a
- New Start Business Development Manager
- to join our team.
This position will directly report to the AVP of New Starts and will be the face of the company in various new start (denovo) markets. You’ll be part of the sales team that promotes our hospice services to the local healthcare community and develops key business relationships. You will be responsible for securing contracts (PT/OT/Speech/GIP/Respite) and Hospice Medical Director contracts in the earliest phase of denovo branch launches. This position requires extensive travel.
- About You
- + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications preferred, or a combination of education and experience + Must be able to effectively operate a computer (word, excel, PowerPoint and e-mail), facsimile equipment, copier and cellphone/beeper.
Must have and maintain transportation to be used for work. + Ability to develop new referral source and community relationships + A minimum of two years’ experience in hospice referral development, marketing or sales.
