$6,000/month

Full-Time (1 weekend day required) We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about coaching teams to exceed sales targets in a high-ticket sales setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and motivate a team of Patient Coordinators and Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals Analyze individual and team KPIs to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement effective sales strategies Deliver structured training programs and ongoing coaching to align the team with high-ticket sales standards Conduct regular reviews of sales call recordings to ensure quality, compliance, and improvement opportunities Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic initiatives Propose and execute new ideas for revenue generation, cross-selling, and service enhancement Maintain consistent availability across communication platforms (phone, Slack, WhatsApp, email, SMS) to provide real-time support Ensure adherence to established workflows and continuously improve operational efficiency Set a strong example of professionalism, ownership, and accountability
