The Regional Therapy Advancement Manager is a field-based marketingrole at Biosense Webster with sales and marketing responsibilities.

The position reports to the Area Therapy Advancement Manager and ispart of the U.S. Commercial Marketing organization. All activitiesare aligned with the field sales organization to ensure maximumeffectiveness. The Regional Therapy Advancement Manager will beresponsible for the regional execution strategy and utilization ofresources with business partners including, but not limited to,Professional Education, Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA)and Strategic Customer Group (SCG).

Key Responsibilities:

Increase overall awareness of the AFib disease state among allstakeholders by engagement with hospital administrators,physicians, and patients to raise awareness of AFib treatmentoptions. Understand hospital market dynamics, uncover gaps inoperational efficiency and patient care and deploy appropriateTherapy Advancement tools that will ultimately allow us to reachmore patients. Understand key referral networks for ablation therapy – fromElectrophysiologists to Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians,Emergency Medicine Physicians and educate physicians and AHPs onablation procedures, benefits, and outcomes. Align with Area Therapy Advancement Manager and field salesteams to develop and implement an effective territory businessplan. Incorporate a compliant and tailored strategy by applyingbusiness analytics, marketplace, and disease state knowledge thatwill achieve business objectives and enable greater patientoutreach. Identify and collaborate with internal and external partnerswho may impact healthcare decision-making at the local level.

Demonstrate solid understanding of therapeutic conditions,treatment options, healthcare and patient practices, and emergingtrends. Prioritize and complete all corporate and administrativeresponsibilities with high levels of efficiency, includingHealthcare Compliance training, expense reports and otherassignments by established due date.

Qualifications:
Required:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 5 years of business experience. A minimum of 2 years of sales, marketing, or clinicalexperience. Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to build strong customer relationships with aconsultative approach Expertise in establishing and maintaining strategicrelationships across an organization Consistent track record of successfully leading multipleprojects with a sense of urgency. Do you have a valid driver’s license issued in the UnitedStates? The ability to travel up to 40% as needed (including overnightsand/or weekends). Residence within, or willingness to relocate to thegeography.

Preferred:

Prior sales and/or clinical experience in electrophysiology. Prior sales and/or clinical experience in cardiovasculartherapeutic area(s). Master’s degree or equivalent.
