Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who excels at developing strategy, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth through strong customer relationships and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Analyze sales performance data, KPIs, and market trends to refine tactics and inform forecasting.
  • Oversee pipeline management, account planning, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure sales goals align with broader business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key accounts and represent the company in client-facing meetings and presentations.
  • Implement CRM and sales enablement tools to improve team productivity and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with 5+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to exceed sales targets and develop scalable sales processes.
  • Experience with sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
Preferred Attributes:

Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments. Background in financial services, healthcare, SaaS, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
