JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to accelerate our sales cycle, increase speed to close, and strengthen our multi-solution sales strategy. This role will play a critical part in pitching multiple solutions, mining sales and data, and managing key strategic partnerships. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Provide ad-hoc analysis to inform management decisions and optimize sales performance Define and deliver business analytics and metrics packages (e.g., channel effectiveness, webinar impact, third-party partnerships, events) Assist in pre-sales opportunity analysis and post-sale proposal packaging Track and measure post-sale customer outcomes, ensuring value realization and platform engagement Drive training and education on sales enablement, data literacy, and solution positioning across teams Develop and evolve sales playbooks, aligning with changing capabilities and go-to-market strategies Assist in market research supporting our investment thesis and growth areas Contribute to ROI calculator tools and other sales enablement tools Ensure data readiness and alignment ahead of sales engagements, improving lead time and accuracy Serve as the point of contact for targeted sales meetings, including establishing team SLAs Collaborate with operations leadership and delivery teams to align opportunities, close-out processes, and maintain data integrity Manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and solution delivery
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations roles Proven experience accelerating sales cycles and improving speed to close Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM and related sales/analytics tools Prior experience in the healthcare industry (required) Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights Experience supporting multi-solution sales and managing cross-functional initiatives Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly across teams and stakeholders Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
Desired Qualifications:
Strong preference for candidates located in the Nashville market PowerPoint and Presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling materials Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables
