The Role As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing Plift’s footprint across Tennessee by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and local influencers. You’ll be on the front lines, representing our brand with energy and professionalism while executing smart strategies that drive volume, visibility, and growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, retailers, and key accounts Inspire and support distributor sales teams to meet volume and distribution goals Plan and execute events, tastings, and activations to engage consumers and drive trial Maximize product presence through in-store merchandising and display execution Analyze sales data (VIP) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities Train retail staff and budtenders on Plift’s portfolio, brand values, and selling points Partner with the State Sales Manager to implement programs and achieve shared goals Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of core and seasonal products Handle administrative tasks (e.g., expense reports, scheduling) in a timely, organized way Represent the Plift brand with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-first mindset Qualifications 4+ years of sales experience (beverage, beer, or regulated CPG preferred) Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license Familiar with the Tennessee market and able to build strong local connections Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable using data and tools like VIP to inform decisions Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent organization and time management Flexible schedule — this role requires occasional evenings and weekends Passion for better-for-you products and evolving consumer trends Self-starter with a “get it done” attitude What You’ll Get Competitive base pay + performance-based bonus Equity ownership in Plift Monthly medical and dental stipend Unlimited paid vacation Company-paid cell phone Mileage reimbursement Plift swag and product Access to a collaborative, passionate team of entrepreneurs, brand builders, and beverage disruptors The opportunity to help shape the future of social drinking — one can at a time Ready to build the future of cannabis beverages with us?
