Key Responsibilities Close sales using provided daily appointments. Provide outstanding customer service to uphold our excellent reputation. Drive to client locations across Nashville to assess tree needs. Collaborate with our crews to ensure smooth service delivery. Work some Saturdays as needed to meet client demands.

What We’re Looking For Required:

Proven sales experience (tree knowledge not required•we’ll train you!). A person with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems. High Character, Good Energy, Go-Getter Comfortable with significant driving and working outdoors (not a desk job!). Must have a reliable personal vehicle Ability to self-generate leads, especially during slower season. What We Offer 100% commission structure with typical earnings of $75,000•120,000+ per year. Base pay for the first month to support your start. Generous bonus structure to reward top performers. $500 monthly car allowance + gas reimbursements.
