Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Store visits within geography o Manage territory by servicing, selling in and/or self-distributing into assigned doors o Execute sales initiatives with the goal of growing product(s) sales volume, increasing points of distribution, and new doors selling. o In-store execution of product positioning, shelf space, pricing display, and merchandising. o Ensure Kats Kratom brands are well represented, sold in, stocked, and maintained in prime location. o Uncover new opportunities and maintain current ones. 2.

Promotional Activities:

Develop and execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and increase Kats Kratom sales. 3.

Client Relationship Building:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. 4.

Product Knowledge:

Become an expert on product lines, features, and benefits to effectively showcase their value to customers. 5.

Order Management:

Record and/or manage retailer orders and follow-up to ensure Self distribution/Distributor delivery in a timely manner. 6.

Training and Support:

Provide product training and support to retailers, empowering them to successfully sell and promote Kats Kratom products. 7.

Supplementary Tasks:

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed, including but not limited to inventory counts, data collection, material assembly.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED Experience working in the consumer-packaged goods space, specialty and convenience is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales & marketing teams. Ability to establish relationships with key accounts. Knowledge of kratom and kava is a plus. Must have reliable vehicle and clean driving record. Compensation – This is a 1099 contractor role/Sales & Marketing intern opportunity Pay $25/hr Part time – 20 hours/week min.

Gas Expense Reimbursement:

$200.00 monthly cap

Reimbursable Business Expenses Job Type:
