Client Summary:
Delivers services to address Health-Related Social Needs(HRSNs) for high-risk individuals with complex unmet medical andsocial needs. Re-engages members who have become disconnected from primarycare and helps guide them back into the healthcare system. Partners with health plans and risk-bearing providerorganizations to locate, engage, and care for thesepopulations. Uses in-person, community-based teams to navigate healthcareproviders and social service resources. Simultaneously improves member outcomes while reducingavoidable utilization and total cost of care.
PositionResponsibilities:
Has lead responsibility for selling the solutions and programsto new and existing clients. Engages in prospecting to develop relationships with targetclients and help build the sales pipeline. Develops in-depth knowledge of prospective clients’ strategicgoals, organizational structures, and business needs. Applies thatknowledge to provide thought leadership and recommendations on theofferings. Manages all aspects of deal governance from inception to close,coordinating with Client Success, Product Management, and theservice delivery team. This includes client presentations, datagathering, proposal development and delivery, and transition toimplementation. Develops and maintains accurate, up to date pipeline reportsand forecasts in the Salesforce CRM system. Contributes to go-to-market strategy development.
Experience &Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5 + years of progressive experience with consultative solutionselling into Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care healthplans. Results-driven and self-directed with a strong sense of workownership. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communicationskills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to thinkstrategically and creatively about how the offerings create valuefor our clients. Able to learn and stay abreast of regulations and market trendsdirectly relevant to the offering. Able to thrive in a highly dynamic entrepreneurial environmentsubject to changes in priorities, ambiguity, and limiteddirection.
