The Vice President, Sales Operations & Analytics is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of commercial operations professionals, developing processes and commercial operations infrastructure and capabilities, establishing organizational success metrics, and developing and achieving strategic priorities. This role is responsible for facilitating the process, tools, and sustained methodologies to enhance the productivity of the aesthetic sales organization. This role serves as a “strategic business partner” with the Leadership Team and stakeholders, navigates seamlessly between tactical issues and the longer-term strategic initiatives, while engaging the respective constituencies.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

Lead and coach Aesthetic Sales Operations and Analytics professionals
Leads overall assessment of commercial opportunity through research and data analysis
Identifies drivers, opportunities, and barriers to business performance
Builds databases and infrastructure to support analytics and insights
Expert at translating data and information into meaningful insights
Uses analysis, market research and competitive intelligence to deliver actionable recommendations to the leadership team
Develops short-term and long-term l sales forecasts
Develops strategy for the Aesthetic Sales function well-aligned with the overall commercial strategy.
Oversees field effectiveness and enablement operations including territory planning, sales performance tracking, incentives programming, development and delivery of customer engagement and sales enablement tools, sample and fleet management, compliance reporting, and meeting planning.
Mange all aspects of Sales Operations
Lead and manage contract operations of specialty accounts
Leads implementation for devices and software in collaboration with IT
Leads annual projects at the request of leadership, which may include field force structure sizing and deployment, resource allocation, performance reporting, and field technology innovation projects

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree (MA/MBA).
8+ year of successive roles of responsibility in Sales Operations in aesthetics, pharmaceutical or medical device industries
Demonstratable analytical thinking
Minimum five (5) years of people management experience.
Must be able to demonstrate experience in sales forecasting with strong track record of documented success.
Must have experience managing teams for analytics and insights to present to leadership team for action.
Both strategic and tactical: must be able to strategically plan, but also roll up your sleeves and tactically execute (Move to Ability section).
Must be proficient with MS Office and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel techniques and statistical analysis (move to ability section).
Advanced presentation skills including written and verbal communication skills.
Requires travel that may include overnight; estimated at 20%.
Advanced ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
Demonstrates high personal integrity, teamwork abilities, and customer brand focus.
Advanced ability to develop and implement Guidelines across departments.
