Position Overview:
The Catering Director will oversee all aspects of our catering division—from initial client contact to event execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences through food and service.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all catering operations, including planning, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and tailor offerings to clients’ needs Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination for events Hire, train, and supervise catering staff to ensure top-tier performance Drive sales by developing new business opportunities and responding to inquiries
