JOB SUMMARY :
The Aviation Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through identifying new sales leads, developing business relationships, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Identifies potential clients in the target market and completes appropriate research on the prospective clients’ business needs. 30%
- Develops relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. 20%
- Utilizes knowledge of market trends and sales techniques to present innovative ideas and solutions to potential clients. 10%
- Negotiates and closes business deals that promote sustained revenue growth. 10%
- Collaborates with the sales team to ensure that requirements are met.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES
Proven track record of success in Aviation business development, sales, or account management Strong understanding of Aviation OEM, DOD, and MRO operations Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close sales deals effectively, and meet and exceed sales targets Excellent customer service and account management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Willingness to travel as needed
EDUCATION/TRAINING/LICENSES
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Must have a valid driver’s license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
