Must have experience selling Engineering, Skilled Trades, Information Technology, or Office Professional Staffing Services to a variety of industries including manufacturing, engineering firms, and government supporting agencies. Gem Care offers a competitive base salary plus unlimited commission. Gem Care also offers a competitive benefits package including Health, Life, Dental, Vision & 401K. Must have at least 1 year of Sales experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry to be considered.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative from the Staffing industry to join our sales team. As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:

Cold calling prospective clients to generate new business opportunities Developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence Leading the account management process for assigned clients Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns Managing client accounts in CRM/ATS software Meeting or exceeding sales targets and

KPIs Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in account management, business development, or sales roles in Engineering Staffing & Recruiting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others Excellent analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions Candidates with established Engineering relationships in the staffing industry are preferred but not required.
