This role requires a proactive approach to upselling services, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. Duties Manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our catering offerings. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with kitchen staff to design innovative menus that meet client needs and preferences. Implement effective upselling techniques to maximize revenue from catering services. Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately. Train and supervise catering staff to deliver high-quality service during events. Monitor event logistics, ensuring timely setup and breakdown while adhering to health and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in catering management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development. Demonstrated ability in outside sales with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs. Proficient in sales management techniques, including territory sales strategies. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
