Inside Sales Manager – Industrial Attachments Pro Ready to lead a high-impact team at a company that’s shaking up the industrial attachments world? At Blue Diamond Attachments, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager who knows attachments inside and out. If you speak the language of skid steers, mini excavators, and brush cutters—and you’ve got the leadership chops to take a team to the next level in a B2B2C environment with dealership channel experience—this is your moment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coach our Inside Sales Reps to hit team sales goals and exceed expectations Drive quoting and follow-up discipline—every lead gets attention, every opportunity counts Identify trends, improve processes, and help build out dealer success stories Champion Salesforce CRM usage, tracking, and pipeline accuracy Partner with Key Account Managers, Product Support, and Marketing to make big things happen
What You Bring:
Deep knowledge of industrial equipment attachments—you’ve sold them, supported them, or both 2+ years managing a B2B2C inside sales team (supporting dealerships a big plus) Proven ability to drive team performance and exceed quotas Confident navigating Salesforce, Excel, and the daily metrics that keep a team sharp Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management skills High standards, positive attitude, and a drive to win as a team Why Blue Diamond?
