The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the studio—welcoming guests, building relationships, and driving membership growth. This is a high-energy, sales-forward position, ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is passionate about health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities Drive Membership Sales:

Convert new guests into loyal members by clearly communicating the value of Pure Barre and tailoring solutions to their fitness goals.

Lead Generation:

Proactively network in the community, follow up with inquiries, and manage leads from first contact to membership close.

Build Studio Culture:

Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere where every member feels seen, supported, and inspired. Deliver a

Premium Experience:

Maintain studio cleanliness and presentation to meet brand standards and ensure every visit exceeds expectations. Collaborate with the

Team:

Partner with instructors and management to hit monthly sales targets and support studio initiatives.

Track & Report Results:

Use studio software to manage memberships and monitor key performance indicators like conversion rates and net growth.

What We’re Looking For Sales or Customer Service Experience:

Background in fitness, hospitality, or a similar client-focused environment preferred.

Confident Communicator:

Comfortable engaging with people in person, over the phone, and via email/text.

Fitness Enthusiast:

Passion for health and wellness; prior experience with Pure Barre or group fitness is a plus.

Organized & Self-Motivated:

Able to juggle multiple tasks, follow through on leads, and stay focused on goals.

Flexible Availability:

Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
