ABOUT THE ROLE
Vivazen is hiring Territory Sales Managers to spearhead local market growth and drive product presence in high-potential territories. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), contract role focused on accelerating sales in underdeveloped markets. Your mission will be to secure retail partnerships, grow visibility, and lay the foundation for long-term market success. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial sales pros who thrive in the field and want to grow with a fast-moving brand like Vivazen. While this role begins as a contract position, top performers may be considered for extension or full-time employment beyond the 90-day period based on performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Launch and grow Vivazen’s retail presence in your assigned territory by securing new accounts and building relationships Merchandise stores by setting up impactful Vivazen displays, stocking shelves, and activating branded point-of-sale materials Build relationships with store owners, buyers, and managers to secure sell-in, prime shelf space, and reorder momentum Drive trial and awareness by executing free fills and activating in-store Vivazen promotions Report on key wins, competitive activity, and account feedback to inform Vivazen leadership and shape future strategy Maintain high standards of in-field execution and act as a trusted local face of the Vivazen brand
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in field sales, retail merchandising, or brand ambassadorship is preferred A motivated, independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and grit to win Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Must own a reliable vehicle and smartphone Comfortable operating as a 1099 contractor with autonomy, flexibility, and accountability
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
$25/hour base pay Performance-based bonuses with no cap on earnings Mileage reimbursement at $0.625/mile Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday through Friday between 6 AM and 6 PM) Uncapped growth potential. Top performers may be considered for role extension or full-time employment with Vivazen
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required
