AUTOMOTIVE SALES INDUSTRY SALES MANAGER / FINANCE MANAGER EXERIENCE MANDATORY FOR CONSIDERATION MINIMUM 1 YEAR

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company goals. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Oversee account management activities to maintain strong, lasting customer relationships. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights. Drive technology sales initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
