- 1099 position
- Base salary + commission
- $100,000+ yearly for experienced sales reps with hard working mentality
- Position requires individual to work a large territory and must live in a central location to Louisville/Lexington and not mind DRIVING PLENTY and being out in the field 100% of the time (in and out of businesses all day).

- This is not an account executive position and requires a “Hunter’s Mindset”
- 2+ years successful B2B sales experience preferred, but not required
- Base salary plus commission, monthly car and gas allowance
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Willing to drive 500 miles or more weekly on average/overnight travel on occasion (optional)
- Attend functions once every 3-4 months in terms of community interaction with organization
- Requires employee to work in all sorts of weather conditions/getting in and out of vehicle frequently/being on their feet for most of the day
- Must be competitive, use time wisely and HUSTLE, highly driven self-starter, strong work ethic, excellent persuasion skills, coachable, positive and pleasant attitude
- Grow sales volume/revenue within assigned territory
- Not an office job, ability to work independently and not quit
- Territory Sales Manager needs to be able to handle rejection, manage time accordingly in field with a high energy level, be punctual, along with great people skills
- 8 hour work day in field
- Meet and exceed territory goals on a consistent basis
- Proven track record in sales success with references and data
