In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Your ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service will be key to driving sales. You don’t necessarily need a knowledge on asphalt but at least a knowledge on construction and how things work. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs. Provide detailed information about what their best options are Maintain a thorough understanding of everything involving the process of asphalt Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance performance. Send organized estimates efficiently Experience Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
