Summary of Job:
To train, inspire and lead the Sales team tomaximize every sales lead to the fullest, hold the sales team tofollowing the organization’s selling system as well as ensuringthat all daily job requirements are done. The Sales Manager isresponsible for day to day management of the Sales team with theprimary focus of maximizing revenue while holding margins.
Educationand Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldpreferred High school diploma or GED 2 or more years HVAC Sales Management experience preferred Sales Management experience required Knowledge and understanding of marketing and financingconcepts A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSuite products including Excel and Word is preferred, and theability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applicationsand software is required
