Business Development Manager Job Summary:

PrideStaff is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The Business Development Manager requires a self-starter, goal oriented, energetic team player to successfully meet the needs of our clients and business. The Business Development Manager will use initiative to take the lead in developing and maintaining relationships that equates to sales. The ideal Business Development Manager is detail oriented, has strong relationship skills, and strives to exceed sales goals with clear written and oral communication skills. The Business Development Manager is a full-time, direct hire position in Memphis, TN.

Business Development Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop New Business Leads That Turn Into Contracts & Placements Generate New Leads by Networking Across All Areas of Business to Establish New Client Relationships Maintain Relationships at The Critical Decision-Maker Level With High Potential Accounts Generate Sales to Contribute to The Branch’s Overall Revenue, Gross Profit, & Net Profit Research Potential Clients & Meet With Businesses & Place Calls to Grow Our Current Client Base Must Have The Ability to Develop Sales Plans For Each Marketing Opportunity Maintain a Database of All Sales & Prospecting Activities Stay up to Date With Industry Knowledge, Trends, & Market Developments Assists With Additional Business Needs as

Directed Business Development Manager Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required BA/BS is Preferred But Can be Substituted For Similar Experiences 2+ Years of Sales Experience With a Proven Track Record of Success Must be Focused & Goal Oriented With Experience in Sales Techniques Understands The Value of Networking & Building Contacts That Leads to
