Position Overview We’re seeking a personable and motivated Catering Liaison to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll play a critical role in growing our client base, crafting custom catering solutions, and providing exceptional service from inquiry to booking. This is a remote , part-time , commission-only contractor role — perfect for a self-starter who thrives in sales and enjoys curating memorable food experiences. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for all new catering inquiries Proactively source leads via networking, online platforms, and local outreach Follow up with all inquiries in a timely, professional, and enthusiastic manner Collaborate with the chef/owner to create custom menus tailored to client needs Provide quotes, proposals, and detailed event breakdowns Build trust and rapport with clients throughout the booking process Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions Qualifications Proven experience in sales, catering, hospitality, or event planning preferred Strong communication skills with a warm, persuasive approach Ability to understand and sell luxury services with confidence Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Comfortable working independently and remotely Familiarity with the Memphis, TN area and surrounding markets is a plus Tech-savvy enough to use CRM tools and email effectively Compensation Commission-only , based on booked events Flexible schedule and workload Opportunity to grow with a company known for quality, creativity, and community impact Apply today and help us serve unforgettable experiences, one event at a time.
