Job Description
To plan, organize, direct, and control activities in support of the Company’s sales organization strategies. Achieves revenue goals within an assigned district/region or on an account basis. Essential Functions Organize and lead a sales team consisting of leaders and sales representatives. Achieve revenue goals. Provides leadership in training, coaching, communications and performance evaluations. Experience in recruiting and building a sales organization. Excellent human relations and communications skills. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required including demonstrably successful management experience. Formal leadership experience in a sales organization required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Qualifications:
Large account/enterprise sales experience preferred. Experience in automotive and industrial sales considered a plus. Heavy travel required.
