This is a great opportunity for a sales leader with exceptional sales skills, but it is also the springboard to growth opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand Hotel operations including room types, meeting capacities, service and feature
• Set sales strategies to achieve overall property goals for both rate and occupancy
• Work closely with Hotel GM & Area DOS to assist in capturing group business in all segments including corporate, SMERF, and transient business
• Proactive solicitation of new business to achieve revenue goals
• Target accounts, markets, or segments with proactive solicitation and account saturation
• Participate in local networking organizations, community, and industry events while representing the Hotel in a professional manner
• Lead by example and empowerment with coaching on regular basis.
• Securing new accounts in the deployed market segment.
• Maintaining existing accounts and developing future business.

Job Requirements Must have 1 – 2 years of previous experience as a Hotel Sales at branded hotel with a solid performance track record. i,e Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton or IHG preferred. IHG experience and knowledge of IHG operating systems are critical Opera PMS knowledge Well versed in Microsoft Office i.e.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Job Type:
