We specialize in Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Mold Remediation, Roof Repairs & Replacement, and Emergency Response Services for both Residential & Commercial. As the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager, you play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be part of the leadership team. The role focuses on the company’s client services including: strengthening relationships, elevating customer experience, overseeing account management, improving customer loyalty, expanding services & service lines, and increasing revenue. Responsibilities
- Achieve yearly sales goals.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. o Generating whale leads o Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. o Cultivate and strengthen client relationships with constant communication.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or foreseeing clients’ objectives and needs. o Focus on emergency water mitigation.
- Prepare and present sales proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and regulations.
- Manage the Sales Funnel (defined target list).
- Document and track leads and business development activities in CRM.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Collaboration with marketing department o Strategy and Budgeting
- Participate and facilitate tradeshows representing company’s services.
- Participate in local fundraisers, charity events representing the company.
- Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service at all times.
- Act in accordance with our Core values and ensure all direct reports are as well.
