You will make a positive impact on our commercial laundry customers as you provide expert consultation and solutions that improve linen quality, boost operating efficiencies and enhance sustainability. As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the face of Ecolab for your customers, ranging from independent laundry operations to corporate accounts, including commercial uniform, retail, food & beverage, and hospitality/tourism industries. What You Will Do:
Develop strategic work plans for completing sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers Partner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand their operations and laundry challenges Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab’s innovative laundry products and chemicals, processes & programs to increase your customers operating efficiencies Cultivate long-term relationships that will lead to increased sales Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems
Position Details:
This position is based in Memphis, TN Territory covers 200 mile radius 20% overnight travel required
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work emergency calls at night, on weekends, and over holidays Position requires a current and valid driver’s license Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle) Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications :
Vocational/Technical or bachelor’s degree Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence customers and build trust Previous chemical sales experience, commercial laundry industry/operations, or plant management experience 2+ years’ relevant work or military experience 1+ year of applied mechanical problem-solving experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trouble shooting experience)

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total Compensation range for this position is $82,000-$123,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
