Remote Salary:
$125,000 to $143,000 The Director of Sales’ primary functions are to drive sales growth for the prepaid channels manage the sales team culture, own key account engagement and relationships, and drive the relationships with key ODMs. The Director must utilize key reporting, including established Power Bi tools, Salesforce account dashboards, and other vital business tools to drive metrics and accountability across the team. This role also involves a great level of involvement in driving key marketing calendar items, managing promotion schedules, key device launch schedules, and QBR’s, while working with key cross-functional team members in Operations, Marketing, Demand Planning/Procurement, and Finance. This position will primarily be remote. Because this position will be handling confidential client information, when working remote, you must work from your home office and with a strong/reliable internet connection. Foster leadership, mentoring, and development to all sales team members Establish a culture of accountability and high-integrity Plan and direct all sales team strategies for the prepaid channel Grow Superior share for prepaid accounts by expanding opportunities and driving new business and product opportunities Execute sales and marketing programs to meet or exceed budgeted sales targets Manage established pricing, and new customer requests and submit to finance and EVP of Sales approval Work with internal supply chain departments to assist in achieving customer in-stock and order issues Develop and monitor customer forecasts to manage inventory and obsolescence; execute all RMA’s, as necessary (quarterly) Drive strategic programs and contract-based agreements with key customers Provide reporting, forecasting and feedback to Superior Management through weekly calls and monthly reports to ensure customer and company issues are escalated and understood Develop and improve policies and processes to build customer loyalty and satisfaction Assist with marketing and training efforts to provide value-added services to customer base Complete all necessary weekly reports and monthly expense reports on-time Connects weekly with sales leadership on weekly calls and participates in overall sales team executive-level planning events (i.e. reports, presentations, and strategy sessions). Solicit feedback and input from customers and report to appropriate department managers to improve efficiency Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software onboarding and tracking metrics Manage key reporting for Power BI and other Microsoft Office software (i.e. Teams, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no supervisory responsibility. Work Environment Remote, work-from-home. Physical Demands Factors include the demands of other household members, household construction, appropriate lighting, seating, and other basic conditions. Travel Travel will be managed by the Director of Sales, working with EVP of Sales, around strategic account management and relationships with key ODMs. Travel is likely 40-50%.
