Job Description

Merz Aesthetics is looking for a Mid-South Regional Director. •Territory includes the states of TN, KY, OH, and NC•As the Regional Director, you will lead and manage a region of Injectable Territory Managers. You will be responsible for executing Merz Aesthetics’ sales and marketing programs within your region, ensuring that budgeted annual sales targets are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will guide and develop your Sales Representatives, fostering their growth and success. This role requires adherence to Merz Aesthetics’ policies and ethical standards in all duties and responsibilities.

You Will:
Direct Supervision:

Directly supervise a team of nine, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure team success.

Market Intelligence:

Stay up to date with market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive advantage.

Territory Forecasting:

Participate in territory forecasting and hold your team accountable for meeting targets and goals.

Relationship Management:

Maintain and grow relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and customers to foster trust and drive business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally and successfully collaborate with organization stakeholders to achieve common objectives.

Travel:

Be available to travel up to 60% to meet business needs and support team activities.

Position Qualification Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

3-5 years of previous managerial experience.

Leadership Skills:

Highly developed leadership skills, including delegation, follow-up, and team building.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Communication Skills:

High level of business acumen in all verbal and written communication.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to understand, provide input, and successfully communicate complex business analytics.
